BELLY DANCE CLASSES THURSDAYS AT SUSAN VAUGHN SCHOOL OF DANCE 3190 LANSING AVE
5:30 - 6:30 PM - CARDIO BELLY DANCE (AGES 16+) Move it and shake it..... we will dance for 40 minutes NONSTOP!!!!!!!!! (plus 10 minute warmup and 10 minute cool down) Its great fun, non traditional workout that everyone must trry! All levels) Wear loose comfortable clothing, bare feet, and a scarf on your hips. (hip scarfs are opptional and may be purchased at the class through Shahira dance)
6:30 - 7:30 - TECHNIQUE AND DRILLS (Ages 16+) Whether you are new to belly dance or have done it before..... this is for you! Basics will be reviewed and drilled to perfection!!!!!! You will be working all your muscles! Beginnners will learn basic moves, more advance students will be layering some additional techniques! Wear loose comfortable clothing, bare feet and a scarf on your hips! (Scarfs can be purchased at class through Shahira Dance.)
